Our repair service includes:
- Repairs by phone. Our Hotline allows the immediate repair of a high number of breakdowns avoiding the technician’s movements or the shipment of the equipment.
- On-site repairs where the technician travels to your facilities.
- Repairs in our technical service. Our logistics department will assist you to proceed with the shipment of the damaged equipment.

The Preventive Maintenance Contract includes labor and travel for periodic reviews, discounts and preferential assistance in accidental repairs. Preventive maintenance operations are typified for each analyzer and allow ensuring the availability of your equipment by reducing unexpected breakdowns.
Customers with a maintenance contract have replacement equipment at their disposal if necessary.

IQ-OQ
Tecil deals with the installation and commissioning of your equipment, we leave it ready to go.
TECIL has IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operation Qualification) protocols for each of the commercialized equipment. These protocols guarantee the correct installation of the analyzers and the user’s competence and are essential to comply with the UNE-EN ISO9001 STANDARD and the UNE-EN ISO 13485 standard.
