The Edan i15 is a blood gas analyzer. This equipment uses a disposable reagent pack with wash solution, tonometric calibrators and waste container. In addition, it does not require a gas cylinder. The unique design of the disposable sensor cards, combined with the reagent module with variable capacity depending on the number of samples per day, ensures economical operation and low cost per sample. Simple menus via a touch screen guide the user through the operation of the analyzer.
This new design avoids biohazard and environmental contamination.
